User cases:
1. Forms of inquiry
Foreningen Kollegienet Odense only processes written inquiries received either by email or by post. All verbal inquiries are processed after they have been followed up by a written inquiry. Inquiries regarding FKO's log can only be processed in connection with a specific case. A prerequisite for an inquiry to be processed is that there is evidence of possible abuse of FKO's network.
1.1 Evidence
In order for an inquiry to be processed by FKO, written evidence in the form of logs or other documentation is required. Information about Dest. IP number, Source IP number, Dest. Port and time are necessary for FKO to process a case. In some cases, information about Source Port may also be required.
2. Treatment
Once a written request and the necessary documentation is received, the request is given the status of a case. Cases are initially processed by the server group with the aim of identifying the unique user who has violated the law. If a unique user can be identified on the basis of the written documentation, they are immediately banned from the FKO network.
2.1 Deadlines
Foreningen Kollegienet Odense undertakes to respond to any inquiry within a reasonable time.
3. Sanctions
Sanctions are determined by the board. However, repeated violations of the FKO user rules will result in permanent exclusion from the FKO network.
4. Disclosure of data
The FKO does not provide any data, be it log files or user information, without a court order. This cannot be deviated from.
